GUIDELINES


The Northwest Sports Hub strives to provide its guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Guests interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the event including using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures may be subject to eviction. Guests appearing to be under the influence of an illegal substance may be evicted from the facility and turned over to the authorities.

 

All Guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected Guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.


Disturbances include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Standing on chairs
  • Drunk and disorderly conduct
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight
  • Exposing private body parts
  • Interference with or delay of the game/event
  • Violation of NWSH event policies
  • Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statutes
  • Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters / matches, anywhere within the facility is strictly prohibited
  • Attempting to enter the field of play, court, stage or backstage areas without permission
  • Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or objects
  • Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest / employee with loud and unreasonable noise
  • Using profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
  • Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, or performers

We also have the following list of items restricted from bringing into the NWSH:

  • Aerosol cans
  • Air horns
  • Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
  • Animals except certified service dogs
  • Balloons
  • Beach balls and other inflatables
  • Belts made of metal or chains or including spikes and/or studs
  • Bota-bags or wine skins
  • Bullhorns or noise makers
  • Chains over six inches in length
  • Confetti
  • Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
  • Glass bottles or aluminum cans
  • Ice chests, coolers or thermos containers
  • Laser pointers
  • Outside food or beverage
  • Skateboards or roller blades
  • Sticks or clubs including signs attached to sticks
  • Bottled Water or mugs
  • Weapons

*Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, the NWSH welcomes guests bringing small signs, flags, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events.

The following guidelines relate to these items:

  • Item must be related to event
  • Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
  • Item may not be larger than 11" x 17" in dimension
  • Item may not obstruct any sponsors/advertisers signage
  • Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by NWSH management
  • Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by NWSH management

Distribution of Materials Policy

Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests while inside the building, without prior approval from NWSH management.

Dress Code

All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety. NWSH management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

 

Athletes & Guests: Black soled or other shoes that leave marks on the floors are strictly prohibited.

Molded cleats allowed on turf. ABSOLUTELY no metal cleats are allowed in facility.

 

The NW Sports Hub & surrounding parking lots and common areas are a Drug-free, non-smoking, tobacco free facility.

Alcohol Policy

NWSH reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

 

NWSH and its food and beverage concessionaires have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect all guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents.

 

Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.

 

In addition, the following items are to be noted:

Alcoholic beverages will not be served in containers larger than 16 ounces.


  • There shall be a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase.
  • All guests will be asked to show positive identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of valid United States identification are: Driver’s License, Passport, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, and Military I.D. w/ Photo.


NWSH reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty one (21) who is observed to be consuming alcohol on the premises or who appears to be visibly intoxicated.

In Case of Emergency

NWSH is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the facility.

 

Designated employees have been properly trained and certified to use the AED.

In the event of a medical emergency, call 911.

Ask someone to assist in finding NWSH personnel/host of your event & for assistance with helping direct emergency personnel to the person/s with a medical emergency.

Ticket Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Event Cancellation Refunds

Please note that, in the event of a cancellation, the paid ticket price will be refunded. Fees associated with ticket purchases may be retained.
